AGARTALA, Nov 24 (TIWN): Pointing at the increasing everyday murders, Congress leader Subal Bhowmik said that when across Tripura murders are at rise, the Chief Minister is busy with silly programmes.

Addressing media Subal Bhowmik said, “Across the whole state pathetic situations are going on. Lawlessness has gripped the state. In last 2 days 11 murders took place, including a Police officer’s murder”.

“But our Chief Minister is busy with all silly occasions as lunch in public houses, games, fairs, morning prayers, Bhai-phota, sang-kirtan, Kalipuja. People are murdered, starved across the state. An anarchy is going on throughout the state. People are in a suffocating state but Govt is continuously imposing taxes”, said Subal Bhowmik.
