AGARTALA / NEW DELHI, Aug 15 (TIWN): Chief Minister of Tripura Biplab Deb has unfurled national flag in his official residence in Agartala and then at the Assam Rifles ground.

“Wishing you all a Happy Independence Day”, CM tweeted.

The biggest programme is at the Assam Rifles ground with marching of parades and colourful cultural programmes followed by flag hoisting, gathered by thousands of people regardless children, grown-ups.

CM has greeted his state’s people on this double celebration of Raksha-Bandhan and 73rd Independence Day.
