AGARTALA, Aug 2 (TIWN): Prof. Nutankumar S. Thingujam (Head of Department of Psychology, TU) was invited to deliver a flash talk at the Biennial Conference of the International Society for Research on Emotion (ISRE) held on July 10-13, 2019 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The title of his talk was “Facebook using behavior, emotion regulation, and wellbeing among students” in the session on Health and regulation and wellbeing. His presentation was appreciated by researchers from different universities in Europe and the USA.

Prof. Thingujam informs that the conference gave him a lot of opportunity for meeting like-minded eminent emotion researchers in different universities across the world. For example, he met Associate Professor Petri Laukka (Stockholm University, Sweden) and Prof. Hillary Anger Elfenbein (John and Ellen Wallace Distinguished Professor, Washington University, United States of America).
