AGARTALA, June 22 (TIWN): BSNL has launched “BSNL, My Offers†to help and guide customers and retailers (POS) in determining the best voucher based on customer’s usages pattern, in following manner.
Customer will get the best suitable STV based on his/her used pattern instantaneously by just dialing *121#
Further the retailers of (POS) will get the best STV for particular customer by dialing *121*customer mobile number# from their retail SIM.
Also if customers want to know about other available STVs’ facilities they can simply dial *121*# and will receive the lists of the STVs in his circle.
In a press note, BSNL stated, the primary purpose of this scheme is that customers should get better values for their moneys by recharging more efficient voucher.
CGMT, Northeast B. Chandra Shekar said, “BSNL is committed to enhance customer’s experience of BSNL mobile services by offering newer facilities and access option using technology”.
