AGARTALA / NEW DELHI, June 7 (TIWN): “Not only Chief Minister, Ministers and MLAs are responsible for a state’s development rather ruling party activists equally share the responsibility of growth and prosperity. Without peace no development is possible”, such has been stated by Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb in the post-poll gathering of BJP workers at the premise of Rabindra Bhawan in Agartala on Friday.

Addressing the gathering, Biplab Deb said, “In Communist regime, before and after each election, violence became a trend but we (BJP) need to end this culture and remove the bloodshed tradition from Tripura forever. Sabka-Sath, sabka-bikas is not enough for a state govt for development but Sab-ka-sath, sab-ka-biswas is also equally important”, Deb said.

“Your activities, your attitudes are to be judged by the people of the state. So, it’s your responsibility that inside each Pristha-Pramukhas of the party Narendra Modi’s ideology must glitter”, Biplab Deb told his party activists.

Deb made it clear BJP Govt will not “donate” jobs on the basis of party-colour, rather everyone has to be established by own efforts and via correct path.

Biplab Deb claimed, earlier West Bengal was Tripura politics’ role model and thus Nripen Chakraborty like former CMs were hired but now Bengal has moved after the change came in Tripura and Bengal is following Tripura’s model in its politics.

BJP has won both seats in Lok Sabha Election with an increase in the vote sharing than Assembly Election 2018.

BJP General Secretary Ram Madhav was also present on that occasion.
