AGARTALA, May 29 (TIWN): Soon after Congress State President Pradyot Manikya had announced to move Supreme Court, Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb holding a press conference at his official residence announced that Govt will review the property losses allegations.

Biplab Deb said, regardless political identities, Govt will try to help the victims.

On yesterday Tripura’s former Chief Minister Manik Sarkar said that in few families, the miscreants burnt properties in such way that the plates where they can eat were also damaged.

The former Chief Minister also asked the Govt to arrest the miscreants who were involved in post poll violence.

Congress has decided to move Supreme Court demanding compensation from the State Govt or Election Commission because due to failure of Govt and EC the common men were affected in post poll violence.

After the announcement and two sets of meeting held with opposition parties CPI-M and Congress, the BJP Govt has decided to review the losses.
