AGARTALA, Jan 12 (TIWN): BJP-IPFT Govt earlier had rejected the demand of Judicial investigation in Jirania violence took place on January 8, 2019, but after exclusive footage which revealed that the Jirania violence was conducted by Tripura Police themselves who were caught in camera for attacking victims of police firing, State Govt has ordered for Judicial investigation.
The injured people were victims of police’s sudden firing led by SP West Ajit Pratap Singh.
When police were attacking the agitators of Citizenship Bill, on that time in Lok Sabha the bill was passed. National media houses have expressed shocked over Tripura Police’s “hooliganism”.
The footages revealed that the miscreants were none other than but Tripura police themselves to attack the ambulance which was carrying the police firing led injured agitators. They were opposing Citizenship Bill called by NESO.
