AGARTALA, Nov 15 (TIWN): Tripura Governor Kaptan Singh Solanki on Thursday said, BJP Govt is working under Mahatma Gandhi's shown paths.

Addressing at Raj Bhawan Governor Kaptan Singh Solanki said, "Mahatma Gandhi wanted four types of freedom. First was political freedom which will chose an Indian to hold Prime Minister's post under democracy and constitution. But at the same time, Gandhi wanted economic freedom which would reach out till the person in last row. Mahatma Gandhi said that there should not be any person in the country which didn't get a house".

"Whatever Mahatma Gandhi was dreaming, our Govt has implemented it. It has replaced the Panning Commission with NITI-Aayog. The planning commission used to plan and give money to the states. This Govt has changed the name of the planning commission, which was only associated with planning and giving money without any reformation motive", he added. 

Solanki further said that India's democracy is the biggest ever democracy and has lot of potentialities to emerge as the strongest country of world.
