AGARTALA / UDAIPUR, Nov 5 (TIWN): Sudden rain has hit the businessmen ahead of Diwali 2018.
Profit downed than the expectation at Matabari in Udaipur due to the rainy weather on the occasion of Diwali, has tensed the businessmen.
At Agartala in front of Indranagar Kali Bari shops have been closed and covered as the rain is damaging the displayed items. In Agartala the rain started from 3.15 pm.
Food shopkeepers are the worst sufferers in the rainy atmosphere. At Matabari, Udaipur also businessmen are undergoing losses. The mela-businessmen who had set their stalls across the temple premise for the fair were resented since the morning. However amidst rains also devotees have thronged offer prayers to Goddess Kali in various temples of the state.
Diwali festival to kick off from tomorrow officially, but already celebration, outings have been started in full wave.
