AGARTALA, Nov 4 (TIWN): Assam Rifles in association with Tripura Association organised Triathlon at Agartala on Sunday.

The event  included 1700 mtr swimming, 20 km cycling and 10 km running in which approx 107 athletes participated which tested their  mental and physical   toughness.Rfn Dinesh of 21 AR backed second position in the event.

Youth were motivated to adopt sports as way of life and were provided an opportunity to showcase their talent.

Assam Rifles  has been supporting conduct of professional  sports events in coordination  with sports associations  which  has been highly appreciated by  all.
