AGARTALA, Oct 26 (TIWN): Instead of actualizing promised 7th Pay Commission by "doubling salaries" for its employees and pensioners, BJP Govt has ended with 0.32 factor hike in employees, pensioners salaries. Thus all are waiting to know how much exactly their salaries were increased.

Even though CM has claimed "it's only 7th Pay Commission" but calculations exposed 14.2% hike in salary are not at all 7th pay Commission, just a hike of 0.32 factor than last years's CPI-M Govt led 2.25 factor.

Also by announcing the Pay Matrix with effect of 2018, October (not 2016, January)  has caused a massive losses to the pensioners as well as employees.

Moreover, generally Pay-Matrix is implemented from January or April but the Govt has announced at an odd time of October. But before the election, BJP promised that the effect will be given from 2016, January.

Most importantly 9% DA of the employees were not given which could increase the salary huge.
