AGARTALA, Oct 9 (TIWN): Due to Govt's of India's failure to fence the borders till day in Northeast, illegal migrations have been continued, but due to Govt’s faults now all true Indians will have to stand in queues to prove themselves as Indians.

In case of demonetization, people happily stood in queues proudly as it was believed that all black moneys will be brought back, but it resulted in 700 crores banking scam allegation against Amit Shah and his family members.

What NRC has done with Assam, victimizing people politically is another form to suppress oppositions voice in Tripura along with chances of opening camps for suspected non-Indians, snatching of voting rights.

What NRC will do at first will stanch the voting right of suspected foreigners, whereas to Bangladesh Govt the Govt of India told nobody will be deported to Bangladesh.

A Bench of Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi and Justices Sanjay Kishan Kaul and KM Mathew heard Senior Counsel KN Choudhury and advocate Manish Goswami before issuing notice to the Central government and the Election Commission.

The matter was tagged with the similar case pertaining to Assam which the Court is already seized of.

In the petition, it has been claimed that while setting up of NRC goes as far back as 1951. The petition claims that the situation of influx of illegal immigrants from Bangladesh is worse in Tripura than in Assam.

Question how NRC demand from 1951 can be appealed when Govt of India already dealt on the basis of 1971 based NRC.

Rajnath Singh, Union Home Minister met INPT leaders who demanded NRC in Tripura from 1951.

Instead of passing Mamata Banerjee proposed citizenship bill, BJP is proceeding with NRC just like Assam, even though Govt of India has declined the claim.
