AGARTALA, Oct 7 (TIWN): BJP’s goal remained fooling public with JUMLA promises to grab votes rather than actual economic development. BJP leaders from PM Modi to Amit Shah and other BJP leaders' repeated fake data ahead of Tripura Assembly Election that "All BJP ruled States benefited by 7th Pay Commission" have successfully manipulated the media reports on 7th Pay Commission implementation in Indian States. Whereas now it's exposing that even state like Rajasthan didn't implement 7th Pay Commission and in Assam the pay scales are going on according to the wish of a Govt made committee, which has raised question whether Tripura State Govt employees will count 7th Pay Commission based salaries like Central employees or not. Like Tripura, in other States, the State Govt employees, pensioners do not matter so much for the political parties to win an Election but in Tripura the ratio of Govt employees has been so high that they (Tripura Govt employees, pensioners) have been used as a tool to gain vote banks with desperate lies. It's shocking that in BJP ruled states like UP, Rajasthan are reeling under State Govt employees protests for 7th Pay Commission ahead of Lok Sabha Election. In Bihar like State, it is now said that CM Nitish Kumar has ordered a committee to recommend the 7th Pay Commission.

Indeed in all the states, even though 7th Pay Commission was announced but how much salaries were increased it's quite contrary.

Zee Business like media claimed when Rajasthan, Bihar, UP govt employees are waiting for 7th Pay Commission, Tripura Govt already cleared even the arrears from 2016, January on 7th Pay Commission.

In Rajasthan 50000 Govt employees protested during Modi's visit on Oct 6 demanding 7th Pay Commission. Expressing resentment and discrimination amongst the state government employees after the grant of four higher allowance of 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC) to All India Service (AIS) employees serving in the state and negligence towards its demand, Confederation of Service Associations of Arunachal Pradesh (CoSAAP) has called for series of Non-Cooperation Democratic Movements in the form of ‘pen and tools down’ agitation on Oct-5.

In July 2018, Primary schoolteachers of Assam on Wednesday wore black badges in class as a protest against the state government's "misleading" revision of their payscale.

The protest was called by the All Assam Lower Primary Teachers' Association just after finance minister Himanta Biswa Sarma announced to accept the recommendations of the Pay Anomaly Committee formed last year.

Block Grant Teachers in Odisha who were demanding pay on par with the regular state government teachers may have a harsher punishment imposed on them. The state government has decided to opt for 'No Work No Pay' policy for teachers and lecturers who go on strike.

Much in contrast, the Rajasthan government has said that it will actually increase the salaries of the state government teachers as per the recommendations of the 7th pay commission, but when it’s about salary hike it is yet to be increased.

Up further north, the teachers in Jammu and Kashmir have also been protesting for the implementation of the recommendations of the 7th pay commission.

Those in Bihar are also in a queue and are yet to receive the pay hike benefits as per the 7th pay commission - they have threatened a strike, but the government is looking to placate them and that too soon.

In Mizoram and in many more states the actual hike was not experienced even after 7th Pay Commission's announcement whereas in national media it’s reported that Tripura already was hiked by 18% which is totally a baseless claim.
