AGARTALA, Oct 2 (TIWN): Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb’s shouting on AMC mayor Prafullajit Sinha revealed frustration of the CM on Modi Govt's failure to make 'Clean India' as the whole project costed more in Modi led BJP’s propaganda rather than actual funding for Swachh Bharat. Day night Swachh Bharat Abhiyan has been started in Tripura and other states as Modi Govt's much hyped Swachh Bharat Mission's deadline to be ended on 2019. The Swachh Bharat instead cleaning India developed in various scams including toilet scams in many states. After Swachh Bharat was exposed as one more scam under Modi Govt as 2019 is the deadline to make all streets clean, rallies have been increase in numbers to awake mass awareness on Swachh Bharat, a mission promised by PM Modi.In Tripura, the Swachh Bharat Mission has got further focus as BJP Govt is planning to go with Municipality election. On Monday, even CPI-M ruled Agartala Municipal Corporation (AMC) members had to walk a rally with Modi photo at Agartala city under Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.

The rally was led by AMC Mayor Prafullajit Sinha and other members, councilors of the AMC. 

On yesterday, Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Deb came under controversy after he scolded the Mayor, who is also much senior in age to him saying AMC is failed to manage the garbage.

Agartala Municipal Corporation has proposed a budget of Rs. 21871.99 for the year 2018-19. AMC Mayor Prafullajit Sinha has tabled the budget on Sep 27.

Swachh Bharat Abhiyan or Swachh Bharat Mission is a nation-wide campaign in India for the period 2014 to 2019 that aims to clean up the streets, roads and infrastructure of India's cities, smaller towns, and rural areas. The campaign's official name is in Hindi and translates to Clean India Mission in English.

But in last four years Modi Govt failed to appeal the mean of 'Swacchata' among the masses, also a total failure to clean India. However, day-nights campaignings are going on across state on Swachh Bharat Mission including officers, Municipalities to join the campaigning, but these campaigning have so far ended within photoshops.

Chief Minister Biplab Deb also has assured from next year, Agartala city will not suffer from water-logging problems and recently he added, "If I can't fulfill my promises, I will quit leadership and never battle the Election", now it's to be see how far the Govt led by BJP both at State and Centre succeeded to make a clean Tripura.
