AGARTALA, Sep 6 (TIWN): Youth Congress along with NSUI have burnt Modi's effigy in a dramatic way after making deadbody of PM Modi in Hindu-funeral process style.

After that the effigy was burnt. The Congress activists also cried over Modi's death, few screamed with fake tears. 

Main purpose of the protest was to condemn petrol, diesel price hike which is leading heavy commodity prices nation-wide. 

Petrol prices in Agartala have been turning more volatile, as prices of crude oil have been showing a firm trend.

Today's petrol price in Agartala (Rs. 77.98), jus two paisa below than Rs. 78. Till yesterday it was Rs. 77.78.
