AGARTALA, Sep 6 (TIWN): Fraudsters honeymoons with career thieves...No more difference renames between Manik Sarkar's Govt and Biplab Deb's Govt in case of choosing corrupt people in the administration. Nationwide tainted Ayyangar, recommended by Ram Madhav (BJP National General Secretary) who may be soon Tripura's next Chief Secretary has already announced for Tripura one of the four Addl Chief Secretaries. During Manik Sarkar’s time also GSG Ayyanar Ayyangar’s role was under scanner in RD dept and was noticed by central govt for incomplete reports sent to Centre on MGNREGA. Corruption allegations got a ground when it's about GSG Ayyangar as the Vigilance & Enforcement (V&E) recommended booking criminal cases against Ayyangar back in 2003 under the Prevention of Corruption Act. The probe was initiated after the government ordered an inquiry into the purchase of 7,002 timer devices at an exorbitant price of Rs 8.12 crore by the Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad.However, Tripura people's fate remained yet unchanged as honest officers like Y Kumar takes VR, whereas corrupts invited again and again.

Ayyangar was hit by BJP itself many times for his corruption and also in Manik Sarkar's time Central RD Ministry sent Ayyangar show-cause letters for irregularities. 

Dr. U. Venkateswarlu, (MT:1986), Lalit Kumar Gupta, (MT:1987), Dr. Gomatham Srinivasa Govindaraja Ayyangar, (MT:1987),  Sushil Kumar, (MT:1987) are the additional chief secretaries.

Now there will be also power tussels between Add Chief Secretaries and DMs for sure. Out of 4 additional CS, Ayyangar will be one of them. 

It can be added here that Ex-Chief Justice Dipak Gupta recently in his visit said there no need of Juvenile Justice courts in Tripura so many, rather it's better to merge in one. However, CM without understanding his point of words announced 8 Juvenile Justice courts in 8 districts.

From confirmed sources TIWN learnt that, in March 4th week after BJP's win,  GSG Ayyangar approached BJP General Secretary Ram Madhav for Tripura Chief Secretary’s post as new BJP Govt took charge under Biplab Deb.

Presently appointed as Principal Secretary Industry, IT,  earlier Resident Commissioner of Tripura Bhavan Delhi, GSG Ayyangar already charmed Chief Minister Biplab Deb during CM’s multiple meetings in March/April 2018 with Central Ministers.
