AGARTALA, April 27 (TIWN): Accepting fact that Chief Minister Biplab Deb often loses control in temper while dealing with his officers, on the Civil Service Day, he said, “It’s true when we are unable to speed up works, then I talk sharply, but a mother who scolds her children, she loves them mostâ€.
Tripura CM after assuming charge had fired a BDO on spot before media and public without giving him a chance to clarify the matter, which sparked controversy.
Today on the occasion of Civil Service Day, CM said, “I talk rough, but it doesn’t mean I mean that actually. As mother has to care for her children, in the same way she has to control them to maintain the discipline. Without you a Chief Minister can’t run a state”.
CM also asked the govt officers to go for more field visits and to become close to the people.
