Fair begins at Viveknagar Ramakrishna temple : Rush of devotees since morning

AGARTALA, Feb 25 (TIWN): Centering year puja is being offered to Ramakrishna Paramahamsa, a fair has been arranged at Vivek Nagar of Amtali area (Agartalka) today.

It's an 'asram' zone dedicated for Lord Ramakrishna. Since the morning devotees of the local area rushed to offer prayers on this auspicious occasion.

Many Sadhus were also attending the puja. A local man said that this is a holy-place dedicated for Lord Ramakrishna and ever year centering this programme, devotees offer prayers to Guru-Ramkrishna.

Ramakrishna Paramahamsa Ramká¹›iṣṇa PôromôhongÅ›a; 18 February 1836 – 16 August 1886, born Gadadhar Chatterjee or Gadadhar Chattopadhyay, was an Indian mystic and yogi during the 19th century, has much popularity here in Northeast Tripura among the Hindu devotees.

The fair organized at Vivek Nagar will be continued till night.
