AGARTALA, Feb 19 (TIWN): After one day of polling, the Election Commission of India has announced 89.96 % vote casting was the final voting percentage.

While addressing press, CEO Sriram Taranikanti said that total 88.46 % male participants have cast votes and 91.49 % are female voters. 

The voting percentage at West Dist is 92.87 %, Sepahijala is 91.16 %, South Tripura 92 %, Dhalai 89.22 %, Unakoti 86.19 %, North Dist is 87.25 %, Khowai is 92.19 and Gomati is 90.44 %.
