AGARTALA, Feb 11 (TIWN): BJP"s election manifesto named "Vision Document' lacks BJP's plan to tackle mass corruptions and Chit Fund massive fund embezzlement. In BJP's election manifestio point number 6 says " Investigate Rose Valley Chit Fund scam and punish all guilty" which is basically targeted to CPI-M's Gautam Das, Bijita Nath and others for involvement in Rose Valley Scam. So the question arises CBI being a Central Govt Agency why Modi Govt wants to wait to take actions against Rose Valley scamsters till the Tripura Election ? CBI already interrogated Gautam Das, Bijta Nath but unsuccessful in filing chargesheets due to lack of evidence. How State BJP can engage CBI investigation as its a Central Govt agency ? If CBI really wanted to do solid investigation then who stopped them since Modi's Lok Sabha Election win in 2014 ?
When Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley spoke about Vision Document and subsequent outline of actions against Rose Valley scamsters - so the question raise why Modi Govt failed to proceed CBI action against Assam Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma whom CBI interrogated multiple times, was about to arrest, even Assam BJP President Siddhartha Bhattacharya published a long manifesto against Himanta's corruption 3 months before Assam Assembly Election - but wily Himanta traded his scams with Amit Shah in exchange of helping BJP to install Govt. So Assam Congress was broken, BJP won the election.
Public may raise question that why Modi Govt fails to see their own partymen's like Himanta's scams as non-issue but opposition CPI-M's scams as part of vision Document ?
