AGARTALA, July 20 (TIWN): Shockwaves in Tripura police community and Home Department on Monday as DGP Anurag Dhankar died on-duty.

The cause of the death is yet to be revealed and more details are awaiting.

BREAKING NEWS: Tripura DGP's Dead Body Recovered from Police Headquarters, Agartala.

As per the confirmed information, his body was found in his own office in Agartala police headquarter – from where he was rushed to the hospital but declared dead.

Chief Minister Manik Saha reportedly visited the spot.

"DGP was Brought-Dead," Doctor Pradip Bhowmik Declared!

Top officials including Chief Secretary J K Sinha, other officers at the Secretariat were also seen in the GB hospital.
