AGARTALA, Nov 29 (TIWN): A man named Liton Modak in GB Bazar area has been illegally extorting money from auto drivers for the past 4 months by introducing himself as a BMS leader.

It is alleged that he has been extorting money from various auto stands which generated extreme angst among other Auto drivers.

Centering this the other Auto drivers rushed to East PS seeking stern action against the BMS leader Liton Modak.

However, it is now to be seen what action the Police will take against Liton Modak as he is a well-know BJP backed mafia.
