AGARTALA, Nov 9 (TIWN): Ami BJP’s “Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao” slogans in Tripura across the state various rape cases are being reported where BJP top leaders are found involved. Though BJP Minister Bhagaban Das’s son was given a cleanchit before the investigation was started in Kalyanpur case but how far the party can save its people when all rapists are BJP members ? While escaping to Bangladesh, BJP Upa-Prdahan Bidhanbihari Datta was arrested by police on Wednesday, produced before the case. The gangrape incident was reported during Diwali festival when a minor girl was kidnapped and gangraped brutally by BJP party leaders and workers.
Reportedly, another accused Ratan Debnath was also arrested in this case.
However, while addressing police meeting, Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha on Wednesday claimed that crime rates have decreased in Tripura than before, accusing the opposition further for creating law and order problem.
