AGARTALA, July 30 (TIWN): A dead body of a new born baby was recovered from Udaipur Gomati District Hospital near the trauma center. Local people felt a stench in the hospital premises this morning.
Later they found lying a dead body of a new born boy which was kept by stray dogs after being eaten.
Recovering the dead body of a new born baby in such a state has raised various questions on Hospital authority.
