AGARTALA, July 6 (TIWN): An electrician worker died after being electrocuted ahead of Kharchi festival in Chaturdash Devta Temple premises. Another electrician worker was injured critically after being electrocuted.

Krishna Munda, an electrician from Meghaliban area was doing the decoration work in Chaturdash Devta temple through another person. Reportedly, total of 3 people working together and on Wednesday Morning Krishna Munda got electrocuted while working. Along with him Ajit Das was also injured critically.

After the incident Krishna Munda and Ajit Das both were brought to Agartala GB Hospital where Doctors on-duty declared Krishna Munda death, and the critically injured Ajit Das is now undergoing treatment at GB Hospital.

Ajit Das is a resident of Assam Para in Ranir Bazar.
