AGARTALA, July 3 (TIWN): Based on secret sources information, Belonia PS Police led a search operation in Motai area, from where 5 women including 1 man were detained.
It is known a broker identified as Ranjit Datta helped them to cross the border in exchange of Rs 500 and he works under Bimal Datta.
Ranjit said that he got the responsibility to send them to Bangladesh in exchange for Rs 500.
It is known that the Bangladeshi worked in Mumbai as Mason.
A Police official said that Bangladeshi I-card and Various Bangladesh Documents were recovered from them.
