AGARTALA, March 14 (TIWN): Many among 10,323 teachers rushed at Astabal stadium for ‘Mahakaran Yatra’ to meet state CM Biplab Deb for his silent role over 10,323 teachers' issues. But it has beeen noticed thousands of TSR and Police forces deployed to obstruct the teachers.

At the Astabal stadium a teacher said,” Whereas this govt has claimed that their given promises were already fulfilled except 1-2 promises, and the unfulfilled promises will be fulfilled soon, so we (10,323 teachers) think this issue falls under unfulfilled promises and we are hopeful that the State Govt will resolve this issue”

The teacher also said that their protest will be continuing until their issue is resolved.
