AGARTALA, Oct 6 (TIWN): After 10323 recruitment scam, Tripura Govt's second mistake was the hyping of 'Pashe Achi' slogan. Instead of accepting the guilt, CPI-M Govt went on preaching that 'CPI-M Govt was always with 10,323 teachers and in future also it will be with them'. But now with SC has issued a stay order on 12000 posts, the pitching of 'Pashe Achi' has been stopped for now. Ahead of Assembly Election- the 12000 post creation was the 2nd blunder by the left front govt; however state govt never could imagine that the case will go to SC so fast. Supreme Court on March-29, 2017 while giving the verdict of 10,323 teachers case, clearly mentioned that the teachers can continue their jobs only till 2017, 31st Dec.

But the recruitment process must be started within May 31st (2017) and to be completed within Dec 31st (2017) but with the roar of happiness with announced 12000 posts in reality had nothing to do with SC's order as SC asked for Teachers' recruitment not hostel warden or librarian, neither school-assistant.

On July 6, Union Minister of State of Human Resource Development Dr Mahendra Nath Pande replying a media question said, 'If Tripura Govt's recruitment process followed by MHRD guidelines then, there will be no issue but if not; then Central Govt is not sitting to give permission for the illegal posts'. The Minister said so after he was acknowledged about the fact that Tripura Govt is asking teaching experience to apply for non-teaching posts, whereas some of the posts do not exist in any school or office in whole India & some are out of world dictionary.

Minister Tapan Chakraborty declared on May-27 that 12,000 posts in Education Dept to be filled up (even though State Govt has no money).

SC has stayed the recruitment of 13000 posts till Oct-24. After Supreme Court's asked State Govt to answer within two weeks about illegal steps of violating SC's order with 10,323 teachers' re-recruitment, Tripura Govt has answered the notice. However, now with State Govt's reply SC to review the case and the next hearing has been finalized on Oct 24.

Tapan Chakraborty said on that time, "Don't forget, we always with 10323 and always with be them in future".
