Most of the Doctors leaves station and stay at Agartala on Holiday without taking permission from SDMO The patient parties alleged that most of the junior doctors and staffs are impolite, arrogant, indolent and they handle the patients with off-putting approach. Many drinking water taps are available in the hospital but the availability of pure drinking water is very poor.

The patients have been facing several problems including lack of care and compassion, such as staff not doing enough to ensure the patient is comfortable, acute drinking water crisis, dirtiness atmosphere in the hospital, shortage of bed, inadequate doctor’s visit, rough behavior of security, business like attitude of hospital staffs and night stay is the major problem faced by patient and patients parties.
