3 CPI-M goons sent to 14 days JC, One culprit with “sickness drama” resting at  Belonia Hospital

BELONIA, Oct 8 (TIWN): Three CPI-M goons at Belonia, have been remanded to 14 days judicial custody in allegation of condemn over the judicial system. The 3 goons namely: Tapas Dutta, Trilokesh Sinha, Babul Chandra Nath.

One of the leaders, Trilokesh Sinha, after the hearing, suddenly fall sick and was admitted to Belonia hospital. It’s to be mentioned that on Medical ground anther goon is also in bail at Sabroom, on e of the main culprits of attacking Sabroom Magistrate Saurav Saha, with the excuse of his wife’s sickness. Allegations are coming that the Trilokesh is suffering not from any illness, but it’s a part of a drama, to avoid police custody.

It’s to be mentioned here that Tapas Dutta, secretary of the party's Belonia sub division, Trilokesh Sinha and Babul Chandra Nath, secretariat members of sub-divisional committee of CPI-M, surrendered before the court of Belonia Chief Judicial Magistrate Asit Debnath on Tuesday, and accordingly they had been sent to suffer 14 day JC.

It’s notable, that the Session Judge of Belonia, Ruhidas Paul had filed a case against them with the allegations that they had humiliated him and also condemn upon the court on September 2 last during the All India Srike.

On Sep 5, Chief Justice of Tripura High Court Deepak Gupta had visited the place and registered a suo moto case of contempt of court. Justice also said, “Attack upon the Judicial system is an attack upon democracy”. He also said, “Whether full Tripura had maintained the peace during the strike only South Tripura had failed to maintain it”.

After getting arrested, the three persons had filed a petition for bail in the High Court but High Court rejected their bail appeal. Later they surrendered before the CJM's court on Tuesday.

It’s to be mentioned also that whether the whole Tripura condemn over the incidents of South Tripura, Tripura CM Manik Sarkar maintained silence over this issue. CM of Tripura who is being alleged for sheltering goons state-wide, was questioned why he didn’t take serious role over such a serious issue? Being the Chief Minister, he was silent, whether High Court Chief Justice bothered to go to the place of the incident and with his own initiatives the whole administration had been shook off and police had to take action against them.
