Poor BSNL service creates havoc among people at Belonia

BELONIA/AGARTALA, May 7 (TIWN): The pathetic customer service providing by BSNL, ushering many complaints as the customers are just paying the bill without utilizing the service. The authorities have turned a deaf ear to the customers’ complaints.

According to sources, the BSNL broadband service is no better at present across the state. The subscribers said that either internet speed is slow or the service does not work most of the times. They said that despite repeated requests to the concerned officials in the town, the service has not been improved. The poor service of major telephone service provider, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) continues to haunt people day to day.

Even as mobile network service continues to remain in a pathetic condition, the Government run BSNL service has failed in providing Internet service too. Prolonging its worst service in most of the areas in the state, the BSNL officials seem to remain clueless over the issue. 
Not only the subscribers from the common level are the sufferers, but many official works in government offices are also interrupting because of the poor service of BSNL. Bank services are also affecting due to the interruption of broadband internet connection in the city and thus creating inconvenience to the customers.

The subscribers have been facing severe problems due to the poor signal of the BSNL. Only after making a number of attempts, the call gets through as service BSNL has failed to provide better network services.

Several subscriber complaints that no improvement has been made to the service of the BSNL broadband resulting the internet users to face several hurdles in their daily official work. BSNL broadband users rued that they have to put up with poor connectivity and slow speed, particularly in rural areas.
