AGARTALA, June 14 (TIWN): In another jolt for Tripura's unemployed youths, two more recruitment processes were canceled in Tripura. 37 Group-C and Group-D recruitment process was cancelled which was decided in the Assembly. On the other hand, Tripura Public Service Commission (TPSC) canceled the recruitment process of TIT assistant professors.
CPI-M youth wings staged a protest against this decision of the government.
Talking to the media, DYFI Secretary Nabarun Deb said, “So many unemployed youths applied for those posts after submitting fees and then these recruitments are canceled. This is not first time under the BJP government as it happened many times earlier.”
“If the government thinks the recruitment process is a money-earning way, it has no right to govern the state,” said Deb.
“Police recruitment is delayed, firemen recruitment is delayed. The government is playing with the unemployed youths,” said Deb.
Today DYFI staged a protest in the evening by blocking road.
