AGARTALA, Dec 4 (TIWN): A Congress supporter Biswajit Banik’s shop was vandalized by miscreants after four states’ election results were declared on Sunday. Allegation raised that BJP party workers organized the attack at late night due to political rivalry/ Biswajit’s shop was vandalized, looted in Bordiowali, which is Chief Minister Manik Saha’s constituency. Police reached the spot, talked to the victim and took notes of the entire incident. An investigation has started to find out who are behind the incident.
BJP organized a rally in Agartala after the party won three states in India out of four states where Assembly Election took place.
BJP won Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh and Congress won Telangana.
The miscreants were wearing helmets when they entered the shop and beat up the Congress worker. The entire incident was recorded on CCTV camera.
