AGARTALA, Nov 19 (TIWN): Tripura Infoway News (TIWN) Editor Saumen Sarkar on Saturday in his Facebook live from USA slammed Education Minister Ratan Lal Nath for his cheap publicity by calling TET qualified job receivers for taking photos with him and propagating for his constituency. TIWN Editor said, “The acting is going on like this, as if first time in Tripura Teachers jobs were given. I congratulate the youths who finally got jobs. You are now thanking the Govt but do not forget how the Minister had ordered police to beat up when you gheraoed his residence. This is the result of your hard work and struggle that you got your jobs, but still, many jobs are pending, which should be given immediately”.

“If you (recruited candidates) want to thank anyone, you can thank CM Manik Saha because only after he became the Chief Minister your recruitment process started. So CM Manik Saha along with Deputy CM Jishnu Debbarman can be thanked for that”, TIWN Editor said.

The editor further asked deprived sections of people including 10323 teachers, JRBT candidates to continue massive protests to get their rights.

Sarkar also condemned the role of a section of media persons who are holding senior positions and spoiling the reputation of journalists by oiling the Govt for own benefits and writing news in exchange for money. “Shame on you. You are misusing the position as National media journalists”, TIWN Editor told the crooked journalists reminding them how Pratibadi Kalam newspaper office was burnt in broad daylight and no action was taken till today.
