AGARTALA, June 8 (TIWN): According to reports, Sanjit Debbarma, Panchayat secretary of Madhya Krishnapur gram Panchayat, often leaves without opening the Panchayat office to attend meetings. A group-D worker (woman) and the deputy head of the Panchayat were seen sitting under a tree outside the Panchayat on Tuesday morning waiting for Panchayat Secretary to come and to unlock the Panchayat. Meanwhile, the group D worker and the Deputy Head of the Panchayat said that the secretary of the Panchayat went to a meeting for which the Panchayat was locked till half past noon.
