AGARTALA, Dec 12 (TIWN): In another shocking information, it has been revealed by Trinamool Congress that in East Agartala Women Police station attack incident of November 21st where East Agartala PS OC Saroj Bhattacharjee was caught in camera giving a pass to the face covered bike-gang hooligans to leave the spot after they attacked journalists, TMC activists, now Police reportedly lodged FIR against Trinamool leaders. So far from BJP’s bike gang, nobody was arrested. Rather police now have lodged a suo moto FIR against Trianmool leaders. Trinamool convener Subal Bhowmik has said, at least 3 TMC leaders received notice from police.

On that day, BJP held attacks twice in the police station and many were identified on camera. In evening attack, Bengal journalist Akbar Ali was critically injured.

The entire incident happened when TMC Youth Wing President Sayani Ghosh was in the Police station for interrogation. TMC has alleged, it was a pre-plan of police to organize an attack on TMC via BJP goons. 

After the incident TMC said, from now, TMC will only inform police about programme schedules and whether the police give permission or not, TMC would not care.
