After noticing the body locals informed Khowai police station. Police rushed to the place and recovered the body and sent it for autopsy. People in the area said that the young man used to walk around the bridge almost all the time. The local people suspected that the young man, who is an unknown wanderer, has died of starvation. However, the actual reason will come out after the autopsy report.

 

According to police sources, the body will be kept in the morgue of the district hospital for three days for identification. If there is no claimant, the body will be buried after three days.
