BELONIA, July 24 (TIWN): South Dist CMO was issued with a legal notice for allowing a private Medicine Shop named "Srikrishna Medical" in Govt hospital at the Hrishyamukh PHC.

Earlier also RTI was filed but the answer of the RTI was not satisfactory. Due to the private medical store's presence inside the hospital, other shop-keepers are facing losses. 

As no action was taken by the CMO even after telling him about the matter, so now a legal notice was served.
