AGARTALA, July 23 (TIWN): Amid Tripura BJP's internal crisis and demand of the majority of the MLAs to replace Biplab Deb immediately and various Central leaders' Tripura visits and Tripura leaders' Delhi visits, Biplab Deb was summoned by the Governor Satyadev Narayan Arya today at the Raj Bhawan. However, on being asked, Biplab Deb claimed before the media that the Governor's house visit is just a formal visit as he wanted to take a note of the Governor's Health. When the media asked about any chance of Cabinet expansion or reshuffling, Biplab Deb said, "When Cabinet will be extended, it will be informed but now nothing can be said". On the other side, BJP's alliance partner IPFT's political status is also at ruin after losing ADC Poll badly with TIPRA Motha.

At the same time, rumours in air that top BJP leaders including resented MLAs might join Trinamool Congress party ahead of 2023 Election Biplab Deb is not removed from CM post.

Next week TMC District leaders from 8 Districts are flying to Kolkata to hold a meeting at Trinamool headquarter.
