AGARTALA, July 19 (TIWN): In the attack incident of CPI-M MLA Sudhan Das, Tripura High Court has issued a notice to Govt of Tripura.

As per the report, on 27th June a brutal attack had taken place on CPI-M MLA Sudhan Das at Rajnagar, Belonia.

The petitioner Sudhan Das alleged that a clash between BJP and CPI-M occurred at South Tripura (Rajnagar, Belonia) but police imposed non bailable IPCs on the CPI-M activists but bailable IPCs upon the BJP activists.

Against the partial role of police, the petition was filed and based on the allegations, Tripura High Court has issued a notice to the State Govt.
