This pathetic incident took place on Thursday afternoon when the 16-year-old Diptanu Paul was attacked by a Hornet. After the incident the family members immediately took him to a local physician. The physician prescribed him medicines and said the fever will be decreased by night. But on Friday morning, the victim started bleeding from nose and mouth.  He was first taken to Bishalgarh Subdivisional hospital and later was referred to TMC, Hapania as his condition was severely deteriorating.

 

But nothing could save the young boy's life. On Friday afternoon the victim Diptanu Paul succumbed to death at Tripura Medical College. This incident left his family members in grief.

 

Diptanu was a student of class 10. While talking to media his father broke down in tears. "After he was being bitten by Hornet, we took him to doctor. He was taking the medicines prescribed by the doctor. Even till yesterday night his condition was good. But on today morning his condition suddenly started deteriorating. After trying all possible ways, his life couldn't be saved." Said Diptanu's father.
