AGARTALA, June 26 (TIWN): With various demands, Tripura State Organising Committee observed AIDYO 56th Foundation Day in front of Ujjayanta palace by offering wreaths in front of Khudiram Bose’s martyr altar Agartala.

The demand was to develop emergency medical services in this COVID-19 situation, to provide Vaccine among all citizens, to generate job opportunities for unemployed youths and monthly subsidies to the unemployed youths. Every day the price of essential items including petrol, diesel and vegetable oil is increasing by leaps and the government has no role in controlling inflation. It was demanded to reduce government tax and the price of petrol, diesel and necessary commodities.

The members of the organization staged a demonstration holding placards including declaring ban on alcohol in the state. The state president of the organization Bhabotesh Dey addressed the protest meeting.
