CPI protested as ballot papers don't have CPI’s symbol at Kumarghat

KUMARGHAT, July 27 (TIWN): CPI, a Leftist party has protested as ballot papers do not have CPI’s symbol for local body election.
The incident took place at Kumarghat Block Panchayat Samiti No-12.
CPI candidate Hopon Rani Sarkar and her party workers didn’t find out their party symbol while casting votes.
They asked the Returning Officer to stop the voting process for a while to check the issues.
