AGARTALA, July 26 (TIWN): Chief Minister Biplab Deb has chaired a meeting of Tripura Infrastructure Investment Fund Board at Secretariat, Agartala today.
There was reportedly wide range of discussion with the officials regarding various development issues of our State.
According to report, the previous Govt has kept a dept of 12000 crore’s of debts for the BJP Govt. There was no utilization of funds in Communist regime and in the name of infrastructure debts and central funds wastage continued.
The infrastructure was not also up to the mark in many places and depts.
The new Govt has taken initiative to properly utilize funds and thus constituted a board for ‘Tripura Infrastructure Investment Fund Board’. CM held a meeting with the board and discussed with overall needs and planning. Finance Minister cum Deputy CM Jishnu Dev Barman was also present in the meeting.
