AGARTALA, Aug 16 (TIWN): It’s very sad day for College of Veterinary Sciences & Animal Husbandry, R.K.Nagar, Tripura due to sudden demise of a meritorious student named Anirban Nath Sharma resident of Khowai, Third Professional year due to Chronic kidney disease.
It was informed that in the history of this college since 2009 he was the highest OGPA scorer.
All the teacher, student along with NGO like MILAAP.ORG stood together for financial and mental support with the family since he was admitted in GBP Hospital, Agartala from 5th August 2018.
But in spite of several reminder the Director of Animal Resources and Development Department, Gurkhabasti (Dr. Asit Chakraborty) who is officially the controlling authority of the College of Veterinary Sciences & Animal Husbandry, R.K.Nagar did not bother to pay a visit to the ailing student and continued his anti-student attitude.
“If the future of our country are in hand of such crab like thinking person than we can imagine the outcome. As the BJP government seems to be creating student favourable condition in our Country and such person act contrary to this”, the authority, students told TIWN.
