AGARTALA, March 27 (TIWN): As said by the Chief Minister Biplab Deb, the BSNL service has been resumed before 2 PM today. However, only the internet connectivity was resumed but call service is yet dead.
The service was halted due to rain and thunderstorms, came on yesterday afternoon.
Today in the Assembly Chief Minister Biplab Deb said, “There was problem in connection at GB area, during yesterday’s rain. I talked to the BSNL authority and it will be resumed by today”. (According his claim, the service was back).
BSNL service was cut in Tripura on yesterday evening following a light shower with winds and thunderstorms. From Banking to offices, works were halting due to the sudden cut in the service.
However, after 20 hours the service has been resumed.
