UDAIPUR, Oct 29 (TIWN): On the occasion of Diwali, devotees thronged to celebrate Kali Puja and offered prayers to Mata Tripura Sundari on Saturday.

Matabari premise is now in full  festive temperament with them illumination of lighting, long line of devotees, crowd at food stalls, "peda" sweet shops, hotels making delicious food items for devotees.

The main attraction of whole Tripura during Diwali is at Udaipur Gomati Tripura’s Matabari temple. Total 26 numbers of CCTV camera have been set at Matabari for Diwali. 

2000 numbers of police force are deployed at the temple on the day of Diwali, 

Long queues of devotees, sadhus, children, chanting of religious songs filled air with festivities.
