Agartala, Sep 21 (TIWN): In a major narcotics seizure, East Agartala Police arrested two youths and recovered around 18 kg of ganja during a routine patrol at College Tilla Lake area.

According to police, the two were intercepted during the patrol and subsequently taken into custody after the contraband was recovered from their possession.

Speaking about the operation, East Agartala Police Station Officer-in-Charge Krishna Dhan Sarkar provided details of the seizure and the arrests. Police have initiated further investigation to determine the source of the ganja and whether others are connected to the suspected trafficking network.
