Agartala, 23rd August (TIWN) Opposition leader Sudip Barman and his ‘arch’ rival Birajit Sinha shared the same dais at Kailashahar in the Unokoti district. Only a day passed, Mr. Sudip is trying to pass a ‘common’ message to his party-members. Around 3000 delegates from the district participated in an initiative taken by the Kailashahar Zilla Congress.
On Friday, Mr. Sudip said that 2018 is the target year of congress to outclass the ruling government in the state. He added, Tripura is a need of good governance. Moreover, he said that the left front policies are always backdated.
The Central Government has introduced NREGA and other beneficial scheme for common people but at the beginning they opposed, and later accepted all the schemes, he said.
