Sri Lanka's cabinet of ministers to resign if new govt formed: PM's office

Colombo, July 12 (TIWN) Sri Lanka's cabinet of ministers have decided to resign if an agreement is reached to form an all-party government, the Prime Minister's Office said in a statement on Monday.
President Gotabaya Rajapaksa announced on Saturday that he will resign on Wednesday. Prime Minister Wickremesinghe also said that he will step down after a new government is formed.
